Each piece in the Mind Collection is created through a careful balance of handcraft, heat, and material intuition. The vase is hand-blown and immediately shaped while the glass is still hot allowing the form to remain responsive to gravity and movement. Once the basic volume is blown the upper excess of glass is removed. The rim is then reheated and fire-polished, sealing the material and refining its edge. While the glass is still warm a defined area of the vase is reheated as the glass softens the surface begins to deform naturally, collapsing inward under its own weight. This process is guided rather than forced, allowing the material to shape its own final expression. The characteristic bend of the Mind vase is therefore not imposed but emerges directly from the physical behaviour of the glass. Each deformation varies slightly, making every piece unique while remaining within a shared formal language.
